Zappy - chat to us!
We would like to introduce you to Zappy, our AI powered chat assistant. Zappy is trained on our product so you can use it to ask questions about how to use our features.
Zappy is currently only available to administrators. This will soon become a public feature.

Modeling enhancements
External Lookup Step - additional lookup types
The external lookup step allows connecting to external services to enhance data.
In 2024.6 we released Geocoding and Sentiment analysis. In this release we're adding 3 more services:
Personal Identifiable Information
Entity detection
Open AI
Note
We're continuing to build out this feature, therefore it is currently in an experimental stage. We value early feedback, to continue enhancing modeling in Data Hub.
Personal Identifiable Information detection
Personal Identifiable Information (PII) detection service hides information from the input data. All PII can be redacted, or just specific categories.

Entity recognition
Named Entity Recognition identifies and categorizes entities in provided text, for example places, people, organizations and quantities.

OpenAI
OpenAI lets you turn your data into text prompts that is run against OpenAI's Large Language Model (LLM).
Some example uses would be
Validating data (Does this transaction look correct?)
Categorization (Is this an internal or external customer?)
Customer prospecting (On a scale from 1 to 10, does this customer seem interested in the product?)
Two modes are available:
Simple: Allows you to ask simple questions about a column of data.
Advanced: Allows you to provide a query to perform calculations on your data
