Connection settings
Define the following connection settings for a Salesforce.com-based data source:
Url - The URL of the Salesforce.com domain you want to connect to.
User Name - The user name you use to connect to the Salesforce.com domain specified in the previous item.
Password - The password for the user name specified in the previous item.
