Configure a Dynamics 365 solution

If ➕ Deploy Analyticsis dimmed (grayed-out), the corresponding analytics have already been deployed.
A default summary Chart of Accounts is provided by deploying calculated members based on the accounts type dimension. These resources are located in the Finance / General ledger / Calculations folder within the model's analytics folder in Resource Explorer.
Once you deploy the full Chart of Accounts, you can open the Chart of Accounts Calculations folder under the main model folder. This folder contains calculations based on the AX Chart of Accounts and totaling ranges. If desired, the summary Chart of Accounts calculations can be replaced with references to the full Chart of Accounts calculations (by remapping them and updating their internal formulas).
Note
The Chart of Accounts pipeline must be processed before the Chart of Accounts analytics can be deployed. If the Chart of Accounts analytics folder already exists, meaning that the Chart of Accounts analytics has been previously deployed, you will receive an error message.
To redeploy the Chart of Accounts Analytics, first, delete the Chart of AccountsCalculations folder, then click Deploy Chart of Accounts Analytics again.

If analytics were deployed as part of a solution, click the Review Analytics link to run a version of the import wizard on them. The wizard will let you review the mappings used by the solution’s calculated members, which are used by analyses, charts, and other resources.
Review each calculated member in the deployed analytics folder (located in the model folder located in Resource Explorer). These calculated members are widely used throughout the solution. In particular, review the formula and business logic used by each calculated member to see it draws the correct data from the cube, and to see that it suits your organization.
On the individual data source tab, examine the PARAMETERS table and configure the currency parameters.
Examine the deployed analytics. The deployment is performed automatically after the model is processed. The analytics themselves can be found in the model folder located in Resource Explorer.

➕ Deploy Analytics is dimmed (grayed-out) unless you delete the analytics and need to redeploy them.
