Buy Zap AI credits

When your organization's weekly Zap AI credits aren't enough, an administrator can buy additional credits on the Billing page.

Zap AI usage is free during the initial release period.

Only administrators can buy Zap AI credits.

Before you start​

Have these ready for the checkout page:

  • Your business's billing address.
  • Your business's tax number, if the payment provider collects tax numbers in your country.
  • A Visa or Mastercard card.

Buy credits​

  1. Click Settings > AI usage.

  2. Next to Additional credits remaining, click Purchase credits. The Billing page opens in a new tab.

  3. In the Buy credits section, select a credit pack. Prices are shown in your organization's billing currency, before tax.

  4. (Optional) Change the Quantity. The Order total updates to match.

  5. Read and check the I agree to the Zap AI Credit Purchase Terms checkbox.

  6. Click Purchase credits. The payment provider's checkout page opens.

  7. Enter your business details, billing address, and tax number (if asked), then complete the payment.

    Tax is calculated on the checkout page. Complete the payment within an hour, or the purchase expires.

  8. When you return to the Billing page, wait for Credits added, then click Done. If the payment takes a while to confirm, you can click Close. The credits are added as soon as the payment provider confirms the payment.

The purchase shows Credits added in the Purchases section, and Additional credits remaining goes up. Data Hub picks up the new balance within the hour. To update it immediately, click Refresh on the AI usage page.

Get the invoice​

  1. In the Purchases section of the Billing page, find the purchase.

  2. Click View invoice to open the invoice, or Invoice PDF to download it.

Invoice links stop working 35 days after payment, so download the PDF for your records.

If the purchase doesn't complete​

If you leave the checkout page before paying, the purchase stays Incomplete in the Purchases section. Click Pay now to go back to checkout, or Cancel. Nothing is charged unless you complete the payment.

If the Billing page shows Payment not completed, no credits were added. To start a new purchase of the same pack, check the I agree to the Zap AI Credit Purchase Terms checkbox again, then click Try again.

If your card was charged but no credits were added, contact Zap Support with the date and pack from the Purchases section.
