Getting help with Data Hub
Aside from the documentation provided on this site, there are several other ways to get help with Data Hub.
Most options are available from inside Data Hub, via the toolbar at the top of the page.
Documentation
The Help menu provides context-sensitive links to how-to and reference articles in the documentation, based on the current view in Data Hub.
Video library
Instructional videos for the current view are highlighted in the Help menu. The More videos… option takes you to the full Learning hub, which contains a wide range of videos covering all aspects of Data Hub.
While viewing a video, you can use the Picture-in-picture button to open the video in a floating window, allowing you to continue working in Data Hub while watching the video, or use the Full screen button to view the video in full screen mode.
Zappy, our helpful AI assistant
Our AI assistant is available at any time via the Ask Zappy button next to the Help menu. Zappy is trained on our product so that it can answer any questions you have about how to use our features, while providing links to relevant documentation for more information.
Question and Answer sessions
We host weekly Q&A sessions, which are a great opportunity to connect with our team, ask questions, and get insights on model design, reporting, and more. Select Upcoming Q&A sessions from the Help menu to see the schedule, add a reminder to your calendar, and join a session.
Contact support
If you require technical support, you can contact our support team via the Contact support option in the Help menu. This form allows you to describe your issue, and will automatically include technical information about your Data Hub environment, giving us the necessary context to assist you effectively. After submitting the form, our support team will contact you via the email address in your profile.
