2025.11
This release adds on-demand data refresh in Zap Live, tabular model support for analytics, and incremental override conditions for calculated SQL columns, while also improving the UI for calculated members and resource validation.
Data Hub enhancements
Improved calculated member options
The calculated member design options have been moved to the Home design panel, providing a cleaner interface. This also allows access to the full range of number formatting options, including unit formatting and red negatives.
Resource validation refresh
We've refreshed the resource validation interface to improve usability, allowing you to easily identify and resolve issues within your resources.

Zap Live enhancements
On-demand refresh from Zap Live
On-demand refresh is now available in Zap Live. This allows you to pull the latest data from within Excel for the current report. As with on-demand refresh inside Data Hub, this is only available for reports built with supported pipelines. See Refreshing report data from source for more information.
Modeling enhancements
Incremental override condition
You can now specify an Incremental override condition for calculated SQL columns. When the condition is met, the Zap_Timestamp column will be updated so that the row is always included in Warehouse Incremental Load (Add & Update).
This is useful in situations when the calculation logic conditionally includes non-deterministic functions like GETDATE(), which would otherwise not be detected by the incremental load system.
Analytics enhancements
Tabular analytics
Analytics can now be built against tabular models. Just select the tabular server and model in the connection section of the query panel to begin. See Tabular analytics for more information.
Deprecated functionality
Legacy warehouse servers
Removed support for Microsoft SQL Server warehouses older than 2016 CU1.
