Very specific detailed information is sometimes required for certain environment setups in Data Hub.
AntiVirus Exclusion recommendations for Data Hub and SQL
When you configure your antivirus software settings, make sure that you exclude the following files or directories (as applicable) from virus scanning. Doing this improves the performance of the files and helps make sure that the files are not locked when the SQL Server service must use them.
Configure antivirus software to work with SQL Server
Because scanning may hinder performance, large databases should not be scanned. Since Microsoft SQL Server databases are dynamic, they exclude the directory and backup folders from the scan list. If it is necessary to scan database files, a scheduled task can be created to scan them during off-peak hours.
